Culture Crew
If you’ve been through a corporate acquisition or merger, you probably know first-hand the trials and tribulations. No matter how smooth the process, there will always be struggles along the way. Most of these issues present themselves through differences in corporate cultures. Along with a small ‘crew’ of associates, we decided to take action and put together a plan to unite our broken corporate culture. The mission was to provide a platform for growth, harmony, and happiness through experiences, education, and team culture. The 3 pillars that all decisions were based on are Respect, Trust, and Communication. These are visuals that I created to help our leaders understand the importance and how we were taking action. Unfortunately, I was furloughed a few weeks after this initiative was established. I can only hope that everything in the MVW camp is better and brighter.
